GROUPERS' MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Long Island Groupers is a dive club based on Long Island, New York. We are a group of recreational divers at all certification levels with a variety of experiences and interests in the sport of SCUBA Diving. Our goal is to promote not only the sport of SCUBA Diving but also local diving, and make connections among divers.

Membership includes the following:

Free Club Dives
Attending all Trips, Meetings, Socials, and Events such as our Annual BBQ and Holiday Party

We also offer variety of activities during off-season to keep you active, and you'll be the first one to know!

Your club dues is used to run the club dives by certified and insured instructors/dive masters/dive control specialists to ensure the safety of attendees as well as to hold any club related events, to maintain our website and communication path, and to provide the best possible club experience. Our club organizers are all volunteers and we run this club with the help of generous club members.

HOW TO JOIN
To Join or renew, download and fill out the form. There are 2 pages - club application and waiver. There are 4 ways to PAY DUES:

Sign up at Tiedemann's Diving Center in person (C-Card required for all divers)
Fax application to: (516) 417-8505 with a copy of your certification card and call in with a Credit Card for the membership fee
Sign up with Google CheckOut by clicking the appropriate button
Sign up with Paypal by clicking the appropriate button

FOR MEMBERS SIGNING UP ONLINE: CLUB APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO TIEDEMANN'S DIVING CENTER

All club members must submit a SCUBA Diving Medical every year, especially prior to any dive trips and club dives. Additional waiver/cost may be required for club trips and dives where operations other than us are involved.
